Scientists and specialists from universities and research centers can represent the results of their scientific and practical investigations at the plenary, the sectional and the poster conference sessions.

The Report Summary in English (.docor.docx format, from200 to 350 words, titleinBulgarianandEnglish, upto10 keywords, authornames with scientific degrees and ranks in Cyrillic and Latinscript, place of employment, e-mail address), together with Application for Publication (Form А), or with an accompanying online registration are to be received by the Organizational Committee not later than 15.04.2026.

The application will be registered on the conference internet page in the section Received Summaries and Reports and the report summary (the report) will receive a registration number. In order to facilitate the Organizational Committee, please use this registration number in the following correspondence, by doing all files sent to begin with this number and the phrase „am”. For instance: 121.ivanov.am.doc.
The authors of approved reports will be informed about the decision of the Programme Committee
not later than 20.04.2026.
